Sharing
I decided to make a blog in order to share some of my feelings with anyone who cares to read about them. I feel that I often hold emotions inside…which really isn’t necessarily a bad thing at times. Some things are meant to be kept to one’s self as my yoga instructor Andrew said the other day…though he was talking about an individual’s meditative experience. This seems accurate in that some experiences ..usually the positive or surreal ones are better off left inside because most people do not care…or may act as if they do…though……. finding your self in a “special” hospital ….So here I am taking a risk and opening up…pretty much sharing my thoughts on my thoughts!….yes, yes, yes…. ok…I am sure I will find better things to write about later!
